Prior to that, our principals and key personnel were
involved in the construction of nearly 17,000 apartments
while employed by others.
Paragus has developed or built a wide range of apartments, from apartments operated under the Section 42 Rental Housing Tax Credit program to luxury apartments including units in excess of 1,500 square feet with 2-car attached garages.
Paragus offers its clients the expertise to design and "value engineer" an apartment community from conception to completion. This same expertise can be applied to build condominiums that include a third-party warranty to the owner.
